Q:
I see an instruction in the manual to install a T-flesh card but I do not see the card in the box?
To use the product as a media player or navigate in a country outside North America, you need to install a T-flash memory card (2GB micro SD card), blank ot loaded with the map software of the country you intend to navigate, into the slot on the right side of the unit. The memory card is not included in the standard accessory kit provided with the product.

Where can I purchase a replacement Car adaptor for my unit?
Replacement Car adaptor for the GPS can be purchased for $15 from Curtis International Ltd. Please mail a certified check or money order (payable to Curtis International Ltd) to 315 Attwell Drive, Etobicoke, Ontario M9W 5C1, ATTN: Customer Service Department. Make sure to include your name, complete mailing address, phone number with area code, model number of the unit and part required.

How do I use the maps of other countries on my GPS system while travelling outside North America?
Download the map of the country you plan to visit on a 2GB SD card. It must be in .PAK format. Load the card in the provided slot. Switch on the unit, click on "Navigation" and go to "Settings" in the main menu. Explore the Setting options and choose 'Switch Maps". Here you can select the map of the country loaded on the SD card. NOTE: We do not sell maps of other countires. You can proceed with this exercise only if you have access to the map of the country you plan to visit.

How do I make my GPS full Text-to-Speech?
Go to the main menu in navigation window. Click on "Settings", go to the third page under "Settings" menu, click on "Set voice" icon and select the voice marked as "TTS" or "22Enhanced".
